However, if you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription effectively.
Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings
Go to Soundee's subscription page and log in using your email and password.
Once logged in, you will see your current subscription details.
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription
Click on the Manage Subscription dropdown.
Select Request Subscription Cancellation from the options.
Step 3: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation box will appear—verify your cancellation by clicking Proceed with Cancellation.
A prompt box will appear where you can enter the reason for cancellation (optional).
Click Confirm Cancellation, and you’re all set.
Important Notes:
Refund Policy: Soundee operates on a no-refund policy unless stated otherwise in promotional offers.
Reactivating Your Subscription: You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the Billing & Subscription section and selecting a new plan.
Data Retention: Your uploaded tracks, settings, and store data remain intact even after cancellation, but premium features will no longer be accessible.
