How to Cancel Your Soundee Subscription: A Step-by-Step Guide

At Soundee, we strive to provide the best tools for music producers and artists to sell their beats and grow their business. However, if you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription effectively.

Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings

  1. Go to Soundee's subscription page and log in using your email and password.

  2. Once logged in, you will see your current subscription details.

Step 2: Manage Your Subscription

  1. Click on the Manage Subscription dropdown.

  2. Select Request Subscription Cancellation from the options.

Step 3: Confirm the Cancellation

  1. A confirmation box will appear—verify your cancellation by clicking Proceed with Cancellation.

  2. A prompt box will appear where you can enter the reason for cancellation (optional).

  3. Click Confirm Cancellation, and you’re all set.

Important Notes:

  • Refund Policy: Soundee operates on a no-refund policy unless stated otherwise in promotional offers.

  • Reactivating Your Subscription: You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the Billing & Subscription section and selecting a new plan.

  • Data Retention: Your uploaded tracks, settings, and store data remain intact even after cancellation, but premium features will no longer be accessible.
